Job Description:
- We are seeking a Project Manager - Plant Asset Data to lead asset data improvement initiatives across power generation/heavy manufacturing facilities.
- This role will drive projects focused on data accuracy, standardization, and governance while coordinating cross-functional teams and plant activities.
- Lead end-to-end project execution (planning, scheduling, delivery)
- Manage asset data remediation activities:
- Plant walkdowns
- P&ID reviews & CAD updates
- Asset identification & labeling
- O&M procedure alignment
- Drive standardization of asset data models and governance practices
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and vendors
- Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery
- Support training, change management, and adoption
- 5 years in power generation, utilities, or heavy industrial environments
- 3 years of project management experience
- Experience with P&IDs, electrical drawings, or CAD
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in data governance / data remediation / asset data standardization is a plus
- Mechanical/Electrical design
- Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
