The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, technology-driven construction projects.
This role will have full ownership of project delivery, working closely with internal teams, trade partners, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across all phases of the build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across large-scale, technical construction projects
- Manage project financials including cost control, forecasting, and change management
- Oversee procurement and coordination of subcontractors and trade partners
- Drive project schedules, quality standards, and safety performance
- Collaborate with engineering teams and ownership to ensure alignment on project goals
- Support commissioning and turnover of complex building systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a General Contractor environment
- Background delivering projects in one or more of the following sectors:
- Advanced Manufacturing
- Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical
- Mission-Critical / Data Centers
- High-Tech Industrial
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and construction operations
- Experience managing complex, technically demanding builds
- MEP coordination experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
