Position Description
Advertised Job Summary
Independently performs a wide range of detailed administrative, financial, customer support, and office management duties, including building operations. Works directly with the FoodShare Business Director and provides executive support as needed to ensure compliance with FoodShare processes and procedures. Responsibilities include managing and processing administrative and financial information within complex organizational systems. Works collaboratively with staff to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency, while promoting respectful interactions and effective communication. Demonstrates commitment to conducting business lawfully and ethically by consistently adhering to compliance policies, procedures and regulations. This position is established in support of expanded research activities.

Job Duty
Performs a variety of functions to assist the Business Director with FoodShareSC finances. Updates and tracks various financial accounts. Reconciles and tracks daily sales (cash and EBT ). Reconciles all sales from Square, EBT to include online sales. Prepares Healthy Bucks for DSS reimbursement. Tracks Healthy Bucks for corrections and reimbursement. Reconciles partner site funds for each distribution. Prepares deposits. Works with the Business Director to create financial and business policies for the department.

Prepares monthly/bimonthly reports for unpaid boxes for distribution. Works with the Richland hub to rectify financial discrepancies. Prepares and collects payment for partner sites. Trains staff and partner sites regarding DSS and EBT regulations, EBT POS machines, and healthy bucks. Provides support to partner sites with financial questions. Trains, provides ongoing coaching, and relieves the Richland County hub staff as needed.

- Requires 1 or more years of job related experience.
