Join our team:
Poly-Flow is seeking a motivated and professional individual, with a knack for attention-to-detail and multitasking to join out team as an Office Administrator/Front Dest Receptionist. This is an entry-level position, but prior experience in an office environment is a plus. You will be providing administrative support on a variety of clerical activities, and responsible for front-desk oversight, including answering calls and maintaining supplies. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm.
What you will do:
· Oversee the front desk, greeting guests professionally, directing visitors and vendors appropriately demonstrating excellent customer service.
· Operating the incoming call switchboard during business hours, professionally handling all incoming calls and redirecting accordingly.
· Answer routine, basic questions regarding company, address, directions, fax numbers, website, and other related information.
· Assist maintaining and ordering for supplies, including receiving, stocking, and distribution as necessary.
· Process and distribute daily production reports.
· Provide administrative support for sales and purchasing departments as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of communicating with all levels of personnel and customers.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, activity-based sales environment.
· Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer situations simultaneously.
· Be capable of identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner, utilizing situational analysis and understanding when to escalate appropriately.
· Comfortable working on computers, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and capable of data entry.
· Capable of adapting to changes in the work environment with competing demands and unexpected task assignments.
· Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive and negative situations.
· Ability to efficiently prioritize and plan work activities and develop realistic action plans.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
· Responds to management direction and feedback appropriately, and solicit feedback proactively .
· Ability to communicate and work professionally with other employees, sales, management, and outside clients.
· Ability to read, write, and speak English
· High school diploma, or equivalent
Physical Requirements
· Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
· Ability to navigate the warehouse environment floor and observe operations for prolonged periods of time
· Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment with changes in temperature, heat, noise, and metal materials
