Join our team:
Unisource Manufacturing is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Production Associate. No prior experience required, we will train the right candidate. As a Warehouse Production associate you will be working in our Clean Room, responsible for buffing, polishing, packaging, and fabricating hose assemblies, performing regular inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. This is an on-site role, with a full-time schedule for Monday-Friday, with occasional opportunities for overtime.
What you will do:
- Assemble and sort products by hands, affixing labels, and preparing finished goods for shipment.
- Buff, polish, and package fabricated hose
- Recognize and identify different hose types, sizes, and fittings by sight and assembly requirements.
- Prepare and label products properly, staging materials for efficient production flow.
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure proper sealing, torque, and fitment before finalizing assemblies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and track material usage.
- Participate in warehouse organization and maintaining work area orderliness at all times.
- Follow all safety requirements, wear PPE, inspections, and safe lifting procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, bending, lifting, moving, reaching
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changes in temperature, heat, noise, and metal materials
