Join our team:
Poly-flow is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a 2nd Operations/Warehouse assembly associate. We will train the right candidate in general light industrial hose assembly. As a 2nd Operations/warehouse assembly associate you will be working on assembly of pressurized hoses as well as packaging and preparing product for shipment. This is an on-site role, with a full time schedule for Monday-Friday.
What you will do:
· Assemble hose products by hand or with use of tools, including placing tags, springs, and fittings, and crimping, or banding the product.
· Prepare product for packaging and shipment, including coiling hose on reels.
· Recognize and identify different hose types, sizes, and fittings by sight and assembly requirements.
· Perform in-process inspections to ensure proper sealing, torque, and fitment before finalizing assemblies.
· Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
· Assist in periodic inventory counts and track material usage.
· Participate in warehouse organization and maintaining work area orderliness at all times.
· Follow all safety requirements, wear PPE, inspections, and safe lifting procedures.
· Perform other duties as assigned

· High school diploma, or equivalent
· Prior warehouse experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
· Frequent standing, bending, lifting, moving, reaching
· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with changes in temperature, heat, noise, and metal materials
