The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, gather requirements, and implement data-driven strategies that improve overall efficiency, reduce costs, and foster innovation in our processes.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current warehouse management and operational processes to identify areas for AI integration
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance inventory management and order fulfillment
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends in WMS and AI technologies
- Facilitate training sessions for end-users on new systems and AI functionalities
- Prepare and present reports to management, showcasing project progress and data insights
- Assist in testing and validation of new systems to ensure they meet business requirements
- Analyze and document business requirements related to WMS and AI integration Collaborate with IT and warehouse operations teams to implement system enhancements
- Work closely with IT and data teams to integrate AI and machine learning technologies to optimize WMS functions, including predictive analytics, automation, and operational efficiency
- Support WMS system upgrades, implementations, and troubleshooting while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in business analysis in warehouse management or logistics
- Experience working with AI technologies and data analytics tools
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience with WMS platforms and warehouse automation technologies. Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics processes
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, predictive analytics, or data modeling
- Familiarity with API usage, EDI, or middleware platforms for data exchange. Experience in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system testing, and troubleshooting WMS functionality.
- Master's degree in a related field
- Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management
- Experience with Java, Python, or other programming languages
- Familiarity with ERP systems and APIs
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
