Reverse Logistics Business Analyst WMS- Chinese Bilingual

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reverse Logistics Business Analyst who is bilingual in Chinese to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing reverse logistics processes within our Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role involves collecting data, identifying trends, and working closely with operational teams to enhance efficiency in product returns, repairs, and inventory management, while leveraging bilingual capabilities to facilitate effective communication with our Chinese-speaking partners.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reverse logistics processes to identify efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with operational teams to develop solutions for product returns
• Utilize WMS data to generate comprehensive reports and analysis
• Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders regarding logistics processes
• Implement best practices for inventory management and repair processes
• Monitor and evaluate reverse logistics KPIs to ensure performance targets are met
• Support ongoing training and development of team members on reverse logistics practices
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Proven proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
• 3 years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain analysis

• Experience with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
• Understanding of global supply chain operations
• Experience in the e-commerce sector
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management
