Overview

The Regional Human Resources Manager plays a critical strategic role in aligning HR initiatives within the logistics and supply chain division. Positioned at the nexus of operational efficiency and workforce strategy, this role is pivotal in developing and overseeing HR policies that support business growth, compliance, and cultural continuity across warehouse operations. The core goal is to enhance employee performance and engagement in alignment with corporate objectives while managing HR metrics that drive logistics efficiencies. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources and collaborates closely with regional operations and logistics management teams to ensure seamless integration of HR practices with business processes.

Responsibilities

  • 1. Develop and implement regional HR strategies that align with the company's logistics and supply chain objectives, ensuring workforce capabilities meet current and future demands.
  • 2. Lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development processes specifically tailored to meet the needs of warehouse and logistics operations.
  • 3. Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while fostering a positive work environment that promotes open communication and employee engagement.
  • 4. Collaborate with regional managers to identify and address workforce challenges, implementing solutions to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • 5. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment, retention, and employee performance within the warehouse and logistics settings.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2. Over 10 years of experience in human resources management with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
  • 3. Proven track record in managing HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, and employee relations in a regional capacity.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 1. Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
  • 2. Certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR indicating advanced human resources capabilities.
  • 3. Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives within the logistics or warehouse industry.

Salary : $105,000 - $110,000
