Dropship

Overview

The Dropship role is integral in ensuring smooth and accurate order fulfillment within the company's supply chain operations. This position focuses on picking, packing, labeling, and verifying orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and streamlining logistical processes. As a key operational role, the dropship associate collaborates closely with warehouse teams, inventory managers, and logistics coordinators to uphold service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate both technical proficiency and attention to detail, contributing directly to organizational efficiency and reliability in product delivery.

Responsibilities

• 1. Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders as per specified guidelines, ensuring product integrity and packaging standard compliance.
• 2. Verify order accuracy, checking against purchase orders and shipment requirements, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• 3. Maintain inventory records through regular audits and cycle counts, identifying and reporting stock-level inconsistencies.
• 4. Support incoming and outgoing shipments by coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams, optimizing handling processes to minimize errors.
• 5. Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and organizational protocols, fostering a safe and efficient working environment.
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• 3. Strong proficiency in using inventory management systems and tools such as WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• 4. Physical capability to perform warehouse tasks, such as lifting, standing for long periods, and operating warehouse equipment.
• 5. Detail-oriented mindset with proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Requirements:

• 1. Prior experience in dropshipping or e-commerce fulfillment operations.
• 2. Proficiency in troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and enhancing operational workflows.
• 3. Familiarity with international shipping requirements and documentation processes.
• 4. Ability to use advanced software tools for inventory analysis and order tracking (e.g., SAP, Oracle systems).
• 5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
