- Assist in the day-to-day operations, including overseeing departments, managing resources, and ensuring efficient workflows.
- Supervise and support staff across various departments, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist in budget development, financial planning, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures for profitability.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels, procurement processes, and supply chain logistics to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
- Contribute to strategic planning and initiatives to achieve organizational goals and growth.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to coordinate efforts and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Analyze performance metrics, financial reports, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Five years of professional experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in logistics, retail, or service industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with workforce management and warehouse management systems such as SAP, Red Prairie, Manhattan, JDA, or similar.
- Experience with warehouse management in Supply Chain, Logistics, or 3PL.
- Experience managing KPI's and SLA's.
- Experience managing large warehouse teams and PnL.
- Knowledge of relevant industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
