We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our client's team in Lancaster CA. Position Details:
Title: HR/ Talent Acquisition Specialist
Pay Range: $24-25 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Location: 100% Onsite in Lancaster CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team.
- Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Maintain and organize HR files and employee documentation.
- Support HR and company events.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and HR information.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative experience preferred; HR or recruiting exposure is a plus.
- Bilingual Spanish mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for teamwork
