What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day recruiting operations: reviewing CVs, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines
- Source and engage top talent across Product, Engineering, and Design roles
- Present qualified candidates to internal hiring teams with clear and compelling summaries
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Lead to refine processes and improve the overall candidate experience
- Use AI-powered tools and modern recruiting technologies to increase efficiency and quality of hires
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and team culture
- Contribute ideas and help shape the talent acquisition strategy at tapouts
- 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth tech environment
- Proven experience hiring for Product, Engineering, and/or Design roles
- Experience recruiting for US-based companies or US-based teams is a strong plus
- Advanced English (required)
- Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to improve hiring
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and prioritize in a fast-changing environment
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workable experience is a plus)
