The Senior Inside Sales Representative manages strategic OEM customer accounts, supports recurring production business, and drives profitable growth. This role works closely with engineering, operations, and outside sales to support complex, long-term customer programs in an OEM manufacturing environment.
- Manage assigned OEM customer accounts and long-term supply relationships
- Prepare and negotiate complex quotes, pricing, and volume agreements
- Support production schedules, forecasts, blanket orders, and program launches
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts (upsell, new programs, lifecycle expansion)
- Serve as the primary point of contact through the full order lifecycle
- Maintain accurate pricing, account activity, and forecasts in CRM/ERP systems
- Support outside sales and provide guidance to junior team members as needed
- 5 years of inside sales or account management experience in OEM manufacturing
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cost drivers, and capacity planning
- Experience quoting custom or engineered products
- Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships independently
- Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems and Excel
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- $80,000-$90,000 base salary plus performance incentives
