Assembler/Solderer

We're partnering with a well-established electronics manufacturer who is in need

of an Assembler/Solderer. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys

working with electronics and soldering.

Location: Merrimack, NH

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:30a-4p

Pay Rate: $20-$27/hr (based on experience)

Type: Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing:

· Assemble electronic components, subassemblies, and wire harnesses in a manufacturing environment.

· Perform hand placement and soldering of surface-mount and through-hole components.

· Solder to IPC-610 and J-Standard Class III requirements.

· Form, route, and terminate wires and cables according to specifications.

· Perform potting and encapsulation processes.

· Inspect work for quality, workmanship, and compliance with standards.

· Support other areas of manufacturing as needed.

What We're Looking For:

· Strong soldering skills required, with the ability to solder to Class III standards. (certification not required)

· Experience in a mil-spec environment preferred.

· High level of manual dexterity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

· Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.

· Background check and drug screening required.
