Sales Operations Specialist ($55-75K)

You'll work closely with a team of 12 sales professionals, helping them stay focused, on track, and equipped to meet client needs and deadlines. This role requires someone who is hungry to do a great job, thrives under pressure, and can stay cool and collected while juggling multiple priorities.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the right-hand support for the sales team, keeping projects, deadlines, and client needs moving forward.
• Ensure accuracy and cleanliness of the sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Track orders, shipping, and delivery timelines to guarantee smooth client experiences.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and scorecards that keep the team accountable and informed.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and sales events.
• Spot opportunities for process improvements that drive efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of sales adjacent experience in sales support, customer service, and/or administrative roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Infor, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, or a related field is a PLUS
• Knowledge of order management processes is a PLUS
• Experience creating and analyzing sales reports is a PLUS
• Master multitasker with razor-sharp attention to detail and top-tier organizational skills.
• Clear, confident communicator who can connect seamlessly across teams and clients.
• Adaptable and steady under pressure-able to pivot quickly while keeping a cool, professional edge.
