MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Entry level Workflow Specialist, internally known as Business Process Designer. This role will assist in workflow design and implement solutions to connect MSI software applications (Primarily Docuware) with the clients’ systems. This position will work with various technologies, protocols and multidisciplinary teams to troubleshoot and optimize performance and reliability. Project management is critical in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders ensuring seamless communication.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, to ensure timely delivery, and provide exceptional customer experience. The individual would have experience in presenting to potential and current clients in person or virtually.

Key Areas Of Responsibilities
- Pre and Post sales solutions support: Participate in presentations, manage the project(s) and ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders, and post implementation technical follow up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, sales engineers’, potential and current clients, and other stakeholders to align objectives and ensure smooth integration.
- System Design and Implementation: Design and build workflow solutions that enable different systems to communicate and work together effectively.
- Evaluation and Quality: Verification of workflow functions and to diagnose and resolve workflow challenges.
- Understanding of business process workflows.
- Experience with project management tools and software (e.g., shared calendars, SOWs, PowerPoint).
- Exhibit strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve complex workflow challenges.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Display sound decision making in prioritizing multiple projects and tasks in a result and deadline driven environment.
- Familiarity with Docuware or other document management solutions.
- Some working knowledge in REST API, and web services.
- Exposure to SQL query creation.
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to attain certifications in cloud services, agile methodologies, or specific integration platforms as requested by the organization.
