MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Office Services Representative at our client’s office located in Minneapolis. Hours are from 8:00AM - 4:30PM M-F.
This job position is responsible for providing office services support to Metro's Facilities Management and Document Services clients. This position provides support to the professional staff by providing copy and scanning services. Professional binding of documents, mail delivery, delivery of documents to other departments, buildings, and offices, along with miscellaneous office services and other duties as assigned or directed by the Field and Document Services Manager. Professional image and communication skills are required.

MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Office Services Representative at our client’s office located in Minneapolis. Hours are from 8:00AM - 4:30PM M-F.
This job position is responsible for providing office services support to Metro's Facilities Management and Document Services clients. This position provides support to the professional staff by providing copy and scanning services. Professional binding of documents, mail delivery, delivery of documents to other departments, buildings, and offices, along with miscellaneous office services and other duties as assigned or directed by the Field and Document Services Manager. What You Will Do
- Work on-site providing services as outlined in the services contract, i.e., Print and compile orders received in a timely manner (these orders vary from complex to simple)
- Provide daily services on the client's premises to the end-users.
- Track activity for internal department charge-back purposes.
- Input relevant transaction details into a billing software package or other method for audit purposes.
- Submit monthly records of billable activity to the Facilities Management manager.
- Maintain / order necessary consumable supplies for production purposes.
- Track and report monthly metered activity on the equipment at work location.
- Support copier, facsimile, printer and any other equipment that Metro may have at the site by servicing as needed, troubleshooting service issues, and placing service calls as needed to ensure the equipment is in good working order.
- Support Metro's marketing efforts by informing customers of additional services available to them through them through Metro's Document Services Department.
- Act as Metro's liaison with Metro's management, sales, service, dispatch, and other employees as needed to assist them with their servicing efforts to the Facilities Management client.
- Serve as Metro's on-site "Ambassador" to ensure all client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manor.
- Back up support for the Client’s receptionist.
- High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or training desirable.
- Former copy center or mail center experience a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to manipulate up to a 50lb. box of paper.
- Familiar with PC’s, and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional appearance and communication skills are critical.
- Strong communicate skills.
- Troubleshoot equipment to maintain maximum up-time.
- Proficient with visual discernment ifor image quality, proper color tones, pagination, etc.
- Ability to prioritize clients’ requests based on complexity and deadlines with the ability to manage multiple concurrent demands.
