MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to work in our Burnsville Headquarters. This role will lead a Sales Team by providing guidance, training and mentorship.
What You Will Do
- Lead a growing Sales Team.
- Provide guidance, training and mentorship.
- Develop sales representatives in product knowledge, sales activities, selling skills and strategies, time and territory management.
- Achieve established goals and quotas, including Team Gross Margin.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Provide support for sales representatives through the sales cycle.
- Manage the sales process and provide sales planning.
- Contribute on sales structure, direction, programs and policies.
- Adhere to the company's policies, programs and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven ability to coach/develop sales team.
- 5 years Prior B2B outside sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and building relationship skills.
- Bring market knowledge for sales process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM and ERP systems.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Valid Drivers License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited University.
- 2-5 years B2B sales management experience
- Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Well-developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation skills.
