Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Office Assistant to join their client's team in Irvine, California. This is a contract role.
- Assisting in daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow within the department.
- Coordinating with different teams to facilitate communication and operational efficiency.
- Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the management team.
- Preparing reports, documentation, and presentations as required by the management.
- Handling inquiries and providing necessary information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The position requires availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the first shift.
Must be flexible to work additional days and occasional full-time hours.
Additional Details
Pay Range: $23 per hour.
