Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal for a wonderful career opportunity in our client's uptown Charlotte office. - Perform administrative tasks within various billing and case management software.
- Manage billing and time entry.
- Assist attorneys with litigation projects related to all phases of discovery, including electronic discovery, trial, and post-trial.
- Assist with the preparation and filing of legal documents, including electronic filing.
- Participate in all aspects of pretrial and trial preparation.
- Proofread briefs and non-filed materials.
- Handle logistical duties as needed.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
- Additional office and administrative duties - ideal candidates have Litigation Paralegal experience, but are open to small office tasks (i.e., getting the mail, greeting guests, etc.) as this is a very small office with an "all-hands-on-deck" approach.
- A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a law firm or legal department is required.
- Experience filing in State and/or Federal Court required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work well independently and remotely across multiple offices.
- Outstanding verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, superior organizational skills, strong proofreading skills.
Monday - Friday, 1st shift. This is a fully onsite position in Charlotte, NC.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000
