Key Responsibilities
Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate communication
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth transitions
Administer employee benefits and respond to related inquiries
Maintain HRIS data and employee records with a high degree of accuracy
Support employee relations by addressing routine HR questions and escalating issues when needed
Coordinate training, performance review, and development programs
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation as required
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of HR experience preferred
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
