Production Associate

We're partnering with a busy, well‑established manufacturer in Bow, NH, that's looking for a motivated Production Associate to join their growing team. Location: Bow, NH

Pay: $19.00-$20.00/hr, with a 90-day performance review and opportunity for a wage increase based on performance.

Schedule:

• 1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday, 2:30PM-1:00AM (Friday's Off)

Direct Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities:

• Assist in stacking, nesting, and packaging materials from production lines
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Check finished goods for quality, width, and length
• Load raw materials onto production lines and transport materials within the facility
• Lift, carry, and move product as needed
• Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting
• Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures
• Previous Manufacturing experience preferred
• Pre-employment physical required
• Forklift Certification is a plus!
• Overhead Crane experience also a plus!
