Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to join their client's team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This role is crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that human resources processes align with the company's values and goals. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with 1-2 days required onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and risk management processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Provide one-on-one supervision, staffing, and corrective action as needed.
- Offer guidance on policy interpretation, employee relations processes, and culture initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with policies, documentation requirements, and program timeframes.
- Handle unemployment claims and administration.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Maintain calendar and files, including essential documentation.
Must Haves:
- 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- SHRM-CP, PHR certification required or the ability to obtain certification within 1 year from starting the position.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred.
Additional Information:
- Pay Range: $30 - $31 per hour
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift
- Location: Hybrid in Albuquerque, New Mexico
