HR Operations Administrator - Paylocity experience
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Administrator to support high-volume HR activities and ensure the accuracy, organization, and compliance of employee records and HR data.
This position will be 8-9 Month Temp Project working 25 hours per week. The schedule is flexible as long as hours are being worked in normal business hours (3-5 days in office to complete 25 hours)
Key Responsibilities
Lead the organization, remediation, and retention tracking of electronic and paper employee records
Process high-volume HRIS transactions, including job, status, reporting, and organizational updates
Manage HR operational workflows such as document management, corrective action tracking, mail processing, and digital filing
Conduct data audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
Prepare routine and ad hoc HR operational reports
Support organizational changes and HR system initiatives as needed
Uphold company values of Teamwork, Integrity, Respect, Excellence, and Safety
Qualifications
High school diploma required; some college preferred
3 years of HR operations, HRIS, or high-volume HR administrative experience
Hands-on Paylocity experience required; additional HRIS experience preferred
Strong Excel skills and experience working with confidential employee data
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work independently
Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle transactions and HR documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
