Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of IT products and applications across all lifecycle stages, ensuring delivery quality, budget adherence, and strategic alignment
- Own and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps, driving prioritization in collaboration with business stakeholders and Executive Technology Officers
- Lead cross-functional fusion teams spanning IT, business units, and third-party vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and user story development; present outputs to senior leadership
- Oversee product IT financials - budget planning, monitoring, and executive reporting on status, risks, and roadmap progress
- Define and track performance metrics; ensure products comply with state, federal, and IT governance requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and SLA adherence; resolve interoperability issues and oversee service provider performance
