Role Overview

The Medical Director, Clinical Development will support protocol design and provide scientific oversight for clinical research studies involving pharmaceutical products. This role contributes to clinical development and regulatory strategies while ensuring effective execution and monitoring of clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead protocol design and contribute to global clinical development plans
• Oversee study execution, site selection, and clinical trial performance
• Provide medical monitoring and ensure patient safety and data quality
• Collaborate with regulatory teams on submissions and strategy
• Interpret clinical data and contribute to study reports and publications
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4 6 years of clinical development experience in biotech or pharmaceutical settings
• Strong knowledge of ICH, GCP, and clinical trial processes
• Experience in protocol development and clinical study oversight
• MD, DO, or MRCP required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in women's health, dermatology, or pediatric development
• Background in clinical research or academic trial leadership
  
  

Additional Details

This role operates on an EST schedule, 40 hours per week. Travel may be required based on study or engagement needs.
