What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment — from job posting to offer — for roles across the organization.
- Design and execute creative, high-impact recruiting strategies to attract talent in social services, clinical care, and program operations.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, team culture, and the kind of person who will thrive.
- Build and nurture pipelines using social media, networking, employee referrals, and community outreach.
- Craft compelling job ads and employment branding content that highlight our mission and values.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, universities, and community events to grow visibility and candidate engagement.
- Coach and mentor generalist recruiters to strengthen their sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Track recruiting metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to drive efficiency and impact.
- Ensure all hiring practices align with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Who You Are
- A recruiting pro with 3–5 years of full-cycle experience — whether in-house, agency, or both.
- Adept at high-volume hiring while maintaining quality and candidate care.
- A strong relationship builder — you take the time to understand people, teams, and culture.
- Energized by the mission and skilled at telling an organization’s story in a way that draws others in.
- Organized, results-oriented, and proactive — you don’t wait for resumes to come to you.
- Comfortable balancing strategy and execution, from designing campaigns to scheduling interviews.
- Collaborative, yet self-driven — you thrive in environments where initiative is encouraged.
- Experienced with ATS platforms, HRIS tools, and social media recruiting
- Bachelors Degree Required; Bonus if you have a background in sales, marketing, or communications and you know how to make an opportunity shine.
