What You’ll Do:
As an Outreach Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of our mission—engaging directly with veterans in shelters, transitional housing, treatment programs, and other community spaces. You’ll:
- Publicize U.S.VETS services and build relationships with community partners.
- Coordinate screenings, transportation, and referrals for veterans entering our programs.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to track outreach efforts and client progress.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely documentation and support.
- Participate in weekly outreach meetings and contribute to special events and projects.
Qualifications

- Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage data and coordinate logistics.
- Strong communicators, both verbally and in writing.
- Team players, who thrive in collaborative environments.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Licensed drivers, meeting company insurance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or a related field.
- Experience working with homeless populations and/or veterans.
