Position Summary
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a range of functions and business units. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding. This position supports recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group, as well as additional entities.
Key Responsibilities
• Help build the processes and systems that ensures the company is able to attract higher-caliber talent across all businesses.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, including executive, sales, technical, operational, and corporate positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview plans, and selection criteria.
• Source candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking).
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and provide timely feedback to all stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Partner with HR leadership to enhance employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
• Maintain accurate recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
• Support onboarding and transition processes to ensure a positive new hire experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within multi-entity or fast-growing organizations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and modern recruitment techniques. Experience with implementing an ATS a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with HR platforms such as Rippling, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
