What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator position at Bee Talent Solutions?
This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll manage complex scheduling, interview logistics, and ad-hoc coordination to support the Talent Acquisition team. You will provide a first-class candidate and stakeholder experience by combining quality communication, attention to detail and an ability to properly prioritize tasks assigned to you.
You are expected to deliver work that meets all established service-level agreements (SLAs) with our stakeholders and candidates, and to take ownership of your outcomes. Success in this role means staying proactive, maintaining a strong attention to detail, and balancing multiple priorities without losing sight of the candidate and stakeholder experience.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruiting Coordination Ownership
Take full ownership of the coordination process for both virtual and in-person interviews. This includes:
- Managing scheduling logistics, calendars, and candidate documentation with precision and speed.
- Overseeing a pipeline of assigned interviews while maintaining accurate and timely data in our candidate tracking tools
- Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates answering questions, communicating updates, and ensuring a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience.
Relationship Building and Customer Service
- Build trusted partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates by providing clear, consistent, and proactive communication.
- Approach every interaction with a service mindset and a focus on creating a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
Adaptability and Prioritization
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment by effectively managing competing priorities and supporting multiple team members.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, a solution-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to improving processes and execution.
Communication and Subject Matter Expertise
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on recruiting coordination processes.
- Clearly communicate timelines, expectations, and best practices to administrative staff and cross-functional partners.
Information Security
- Handle sensitive candidate and company information with the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
Operations Support
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Operations team on administrative tasks, systems support, and inquiries related to TA policies and procedures to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years of relevant administrative and/or coordination experience
- Ability to demonstrate effective organizational and prioritization skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management
- Experience working in Google Office Suite with an emphasis on Drive, Docs, Calendar, and Sheets (or their Microsoft counterparts)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with scheduling in Greenhouse ATS
