TurnPoint Search is partnering with a global hedge fund to hire a Technical Campus Recruiter for their growing team. In this position you will play a crucial role in building a dynamic workforce by engaging and hiring exceptional engineering interns and early career candidates from various academic institutions. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other team members to develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to attract the best candidates. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with their goals.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.
- Planning and coordinating campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through various channels.
- Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinating interview schedules and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide a positive candidate experience.
- Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus efforts and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies to enhance recruitment processes and stay competitive in attracting top talent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2 years of experience recruiting technical intern and early career candidates.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and university partners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to various campuses and attend recruitment events as needed.
Position pays a base salary range of $125,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level. There is also the potential for an annual bonus.
