Position Summary
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role helps ensure a positive employee and candidate experience while supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Support onboarding activities and process new hire documentation.
- Assist with employee engagement programs, events, and communications.
- Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and prepare routine correspondence and reports.
- Support HR projects, meetings, and general departmental operations.
Qualifications
Required
- Strong customer service or employee-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Administrative or coordination experience.
Preferred
- Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience.
- Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- HRIS/Workforce Management Systems (preferred)
