Position Summary

The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role helps ensure a positive employee and candidate experience while supporting day-to-day HR activities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
  • Support onboarding activities and process new hire documentation.
  • Assist with employee engagement programs, events, and communications.
  • Provide administrative support for training and development initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare routine correspondence and reports.
  • Support HR projects, meetings, and general departmental operations.


Qualifications

Required

  • Strong customer service or employee-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Administrative or coordination experience.


Preferred

  • Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative support experience.
  • Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems.


Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • HRIS/Workforce Management Systems (preferred)
