Treasury Analyst / Treasury Administrator

A highly respected real estate organization is seeking a Treasury Analyst/Administrator to join its corporate accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced treasury professional who enjoys managing banking relationships, overseeing cash management activities, and serving as a key resource for treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking relationships
• Open, close, and maintain bank accounts across the organization
• Manage treasury services and banking platforms
• Administer Positive Pay programs, including setup, maintenance, exception management, and file uploads
• Process and approve wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other treasury-related activities
• Prepare cash analysis and liquidity reporting to support operational needs
• Research and resolve bank reconciliation items, account discrepancies, and fraud-related inquiries
• Manage documentation related to banking activities, affidavits, and account maintenance
• Review and negotiate bank fees and analysis statements
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and efficiencies
• Partner with accounting and operational teams to support cash management initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5 years of treasury, cash management, or accounting experience
• Experience managing banking relationships and treasury operations
• Strong knowledge of banking products, treasury services, and banking platforms
• Experience with wire transfers, ACH processing, Positive Pay, and cash management functions
• Property management, real estate, or related industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Yardi is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
