- Manage complex, high-volume calendar and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, logistics, and travel arrangements

- Process expense reports and support administrative workflows
- Assist with day-to-day executive and office support
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Executive Assistant experience (or 3 years supporting executives at a senior level)
- Experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with expense tools (e.g., Concur)
Schedule:
