Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the office, managing a high-volume front desk environment
- Answer and route incoming calls while greeting and assisting clients and visitors
- Coordinate with building security and direct guests appropriately
- Check in guests and notify internal stakeholders of arrivals
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, including phones, walk-ins, and coordination tasks
- Support conference room scheduling and overall front desk operations
- Assist with event coverage and general day-to-day office support
Qualifications:
- 2 years of receptionist, front desk, or hospitality experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in a professional services environment (law firm preferred)
- Ability to manage high call volume and in-person traffic simultaneously
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong client-facing communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Prior experience in legal or corporate environments and exposure to event coordination is a plus
