Role: Technical Accounting Manager (Business Transformation)

What You’ll Do:
• Lead accounting activities for acquisitions, from due diligence through integration
• Prepare opening balance sheets and purchase accounting entries
• Review financials for accuracy and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
• Partner cross-functionally on tax, audit, and valuation requirements
• Build and enhance internal controls and accounting processes
• Oversee monthly close, reporting packages, and reconciliations
• Mentor junior accountants and support ad hoc finance projects
Core Tech & Skills:
• GAAP & IFRS expertise
• M&A accounting and purchase price allocation
• Financial reporting & month-end close
• ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite)
• Advanced Excel and data analysis
• Internal controls & audit support
• Revenue recognition, leases, and accruals
• Financial statement preparation
Nice to Have:
• CPA or public accounting background
• Experience with ERP implementations
• Exposure to global or multi-entity environments
• Forecasting and financial modeling
