Join our dynamic team as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based behavioral therapy programs for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure effective outcomes aligned with best practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to facilitate consistent implementation of interventions across settings.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, intake forms, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to uphold quality standards of patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities related to behavioral health, medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and current ABA methodologies.
Experience
- Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably within a behavioral health or special education setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and applied behavior analysis principles.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices, patient assessment procedures, and understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and conducting intake assessments for new patients.
- Prior experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in behavioral health or educational environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations while maintaining patience and professionalism throughout patient care activities. Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
