BCBA- FULL TIME IN CLINIC

Join our dynamic clinical team as a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working in a clinic setting! In this vital role, you will lead behavioral interventions and assessments for children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of ABA to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
• Provide clinical supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care and facilitate effective communication about client progress.
• Conduct intake assessments and participate in client onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration into the program.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to safeguard client confidentiality.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Strong background in behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis (ABA), and behavioral psychological assessments.
• Experience conducting functional assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and functional analyses.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and managing medical records within a clinical setting.
• Prior home-based behavioral experience or school experience supporting children with disabilities is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to perform patient care activities including patient assessment and client communication effectively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical records management, and clinical supervision standards is essential for success in this role.

Pay: $83,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
