Truity Partners is assisting an international manufacturer in Milwaukee, WI with their search for an Accounts Payable Specialist. This is a career temp-to-hire opportunity. The role will be 100% onsite, with a 8:00am-4:30pm schedule. Compensation is estimated at $22.00–$24.00 per hour (equivalent to $45k–$50k plus bonus once converted).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and code invoices
- Resolve vendor inquiries, discrepancies, and account issues
- Generate payments, reports, and maintain AP records
- Support month-end close activities and account analysis
- Assist with AR tasks and special projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of prior accounting, accounts payable, or related experience preferred
- Early career candidates with Associates or Bachelor’s degrees are encouraged to apply
- Strong computer skills; SAP experience preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
