Consolidations Manager
Our client is a highly acquisitive, global company looking for an experienced Consolidations Manager to join their growing corporate accounting team. This role will oversee the global consolidation process and play a key part in external reporting & the month end close process, working closely with senior leadership and multiple corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the monthly and quarterly consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of results.
- Manage and enhance the consolidation system, including access controls, upgrades, and process improvements.
- Partner with business units to gather and validate financial information for both internal management reporting and external filings.
- Review subsidiary and divisional financial statements to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and Legal teams on consolidated reporting needs.
- Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives driven by executive management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced degree or CPA strongly preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience
- Experience with SEC reporting, US GAAP, and SOX compliance.
- Hands-on experience with consolidation tools (OneStream).
- Background in manufacturing or complex, multi-entity environments is a plus.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
