Dispatcher – Auburn, WA
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our client’s service operations team in Auburn, WA. This role is critical to ensuring efficient coordination of field technicians and maintaining accurate service records. Compensation: $20/hour
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Auburn, WA
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and accurately capture service request details
- Dispatch field technicians to service locations using phone and computer systems
- Prioritize service calls based on urgency and operational needs
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules to maximize efficiency
- Communicate with field teams and internal departments to resolve issues quickly
- Maintain accurate logs, records, and service documentation
- Assist with service-related billing and data entry tasks
- Operate a multi-line phone system in a high-volume environment
- Provide professional and timely customer service support
- Perform additional administrative and dispatch duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous dispatch, scheduling, or high-volume customer service experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Fast and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working weekends (Wednesday–Sunday schedule)
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs as needed
