Shipping/Receiving & Driver

Overview:
This role supports shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and local deliveries. Responsibilities include preparing shipments, maintaining inventory, and driving a company vehicle when needed.

Pay: $20–$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Kent, Wa

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments

• Verify shipment details by counting, weighing, or measuring items

• Compare shipments against orders, invoices, and other records

• Assist with inventory stocking and picking

• Ensure outgoing shipments meet required specifications

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety procedures

• Make local pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle

• Use required safety equipment (PPE), including eye, hearing, and foot protection

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• At least 1 year of related experience (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

• Forklift experience preferred (certification required after hire)

• Ability to read and understand inventory documents

• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping skills

• Basic written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with inventory or ERP systems is a plus
