Retail Helper

We're hiring motivated, detail-oriented individuals for a 2-week retail reset project at grocery stores throughout the area. You'll be rebuilding and refreshing endcap displays — the high-visibility product sections at the end of store aisles. Each day, you'll report to a different store location as assigned. This is a great opportunity to earn steady pay with flexible short-term work, with possibility to go longer.

$20 per hour

What you'll do

• Reset and rebuild endcap displays according to planograms and reset instructions
• Remove, organize, and restock product per store direction
• Ensure displays are clean, properly labeled, and visually appealing
• Work efficiently across different store formats and layouts
• Report to a new store location each day as scheduled
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies to the project lead

What we're looking for

• Ability to follow planograms or reset instructions (training provided)
• Reliable transportation to reach different store locations daily
• Physical stamina — this role involves standing, bending, lifting up to 15 lbs, and working on your feet for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Punctual and dependable — early morning start time is firm
• Prior retail, merchandising, or stocking experience is a plus but not required

Schedule & location details

• Start time: 7:00 AM daily
• Project duration: 2 weeks
• Travel required: different grocery store locations each day within the local area
• You will receive your daily store assignment in advance
