Procurement & Contracts Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead sourcing, contract management, and supply chain coordination for large-scale industrial projects. This role plays a critical part in supporting CAPEX initiatives and ensuring seamless execution across engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic procurement initiatives for heavy industrial equipment aligned with CAPEX projects
- Manage end-to-end contract administration, including techno-commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations
- Oversee EPC procurement activities, vendor performance, and cross-functional coordination
- Drive supplier selection, cost optimization, and risk mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
- Manage large-value contracts and complex procurement packages

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business
- 12–15 years of experience in procurement and contract management
- Background in heavy industrial sectors (steel, metals, mining, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience supporting greenfield or large-scale industrial projects
- Strong experience in EPC/CAPEX procurement environments
- Expertise managing large-value contracts and complex sourcing initiatives
- Proficiency with ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOQs, and engineering documents
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
