What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structured Finance Manager (Renewable Energy) position at TriSource?
We are working with a rapidly growing renewable energy platform to hire a Structured Finance Manager to support the execution and management of complex project financings.
This role will play a key part in structuring, modeling, and executing tax equity and debt transactions, while partnering across internal teams and external capital providers. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be directly involved in deal execution within a high-growth sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and deployment of tax equity and debt financings across a portfolio of renewable energy projects
- Manage day-to-day relationships with investors, lenders, and financing partners
- Support structuring, negotiation, and diligence efforts for new financing vehicles
- Build, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models for project and corporate-level analysis
- Coordinate cross-functionally with development, engineering, and construction teams to ensure alignment on project financing
- Oversee analysts and ensure timely and accurate deliverables
- Assist in evaluating strategic initiatives, partnerships, and growth opportunities
- Ensure successful funding and deployment of capital across active projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, private equity, or a related field
- Experience with renewable energy transactions (solar preferred) is strongly desired
- Strong understanding of tax equity structures and debt financing
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external partners
- Self-starter with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
