TriSource is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/ Receptionist to provide essential administrative support for our Summer Camp program for individuals with disabilities. This is a temporary, in-person role supporting daily operations, communication, and registration processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for campers and their families.
This is a temporary position with an end date of July 31st, 2026
Monday through Friday 8am-12pm
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet visitors and assist them upon arrival
- Manage camp registration processes, including enrollment, confirmations, and correspondence
- Maintain and update camper records, attendance, and database information
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of all records
- Support daily camper check-in and check-out procedures
- Draft and complete mail and/or fax correspondence as needed
- Maintain organized filing systems for administrative records
- Inventory, order, and stock office supplies
- Update camp-related documents (paper and electronic)
- Attend required staff meetings and training sessions
- Ensure compliance with all agency policies, including HIPAA, safety, and human rights standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Clean background
- Valid drivers license
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration, clerical work, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Experience with databases preferred
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Pay Rate: $20/HR
