What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at TriSource?
TriSource is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work with a great company in the Catonsville area. This is a great full time opportunity to work with a well known company!
Responsibilities:
- Answer/ direct phone calls, make appointment reminder calls and log messages
- Organize and schedule appointments for clients and staff
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Check client eligibility status and verify insurance coverage/ check and verify current ITP's and authorizations
- Request, log and secure client co-payments
- Receive, log and secure all delivered medications
- Communicate critical information in a timely manner to ensure successful operation of the clinic
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced health care business environment
- Skill in clerical work- typing, data compilation, filing, etc.
- Good overall attention to detail and follow through
- Clean background and ability to pass a drug screen
- High School Diploma/ Associates Degree (preferred)
- Must be fully COVID Vaccinated
Schedule:
- Monday- Friday 8a-5p/ 9a-6p

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)

- Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
