Design Associate (Commercial Office Space)
We are seeking a talented Design Associate to support the planning, design, and execution of commercial office space projects. This role works across all phases of design, helping deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable workplace environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with space planning, schematic design, and construction documentation
- Support leasing activities and tenant improvement projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute design strategies
- Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards
- Maintain accurate drawings and as-built documentation (CAD/BIM)
- Contribute to workflow coordination and project reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 2–4 years of commercial office design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and design tools (e.g., SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of BOMA standards is a plus
