Pay: $17.50–$25.00/hour (DOE) Bonus up to $3,000
Schedule: 6–12 Hour Shifts | Weekends Required | No Overnights | 2-Week Rotating Schedule

Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Must-Have Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain CDL
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor to lead daily mobile healthcare operations while actively supporting patient care. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct involvement in phlebotomy, donor screening, and registration. Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate mobile team members
- Perform phlebotomy, vital signs, screening, and registration
- Ensure safe, professional, and positive donor experiences
- Maintain compliance with SOPs and safety standards
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and daily performance goals
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Manage inventory, supplies, and mobile setup
- Travel to various mobile drive locations as required
Phlebotomist / MA Mobile Supervisor – Additional Qualifications
- Prior healthcare, phlebotomy, or Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Spanish fluency eligible for additional pay
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn

* Provide sample analysis results to physicians to assist diagnosis.
* Document route of specimens from collection to laboratory analysis and diagnosis.
* Draw blood from capillaries by dermal puncture, such as heel or finger stick methods.
* Conduct hemoglobin tests to ensure donor iron levels are normal.
* Transport specimens or fluid samples from collection sites to laboratories.
* Explain fluid or tissue collection procedures to patients.
* Train other medical personnel in phlebotomy or laboratory techniques.
* Collect fluid or tissue samples, using appropriate collection procedures.
* Enter patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer.
